$8.99 Flat Rate Ground Shipping (Lower 48 States Only)
ToolCentral.com now offers a low flat rate ground shipping charge of $8.99 for most orders in the lower 48 states less than 150 pounds. Items over 150 pounds must be sent via an independent freight company and an additional handling fee will apply. All ground shipments will take 2-4 business days for processing before they are shipped.
Depending on a few factors, your order may ship with FEDEX, UPS, or USPS.
Expedited Shipping Options:
If you need your items faster, Tool Central offers Next Day Air and Second Day Air shipping options for most items less than 150 pounds sent to addresses within the Continental United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). Charges for expedited shipping vary and are calculated during checkout.

Domestic Ground Shipping
Order processing time can take 2-4 business days before they are sent out to shipping
Shipping to most of the western, Midwestern and southern US takes between 1-3 business days
Shipping to parts of the west coast, Midwest and most of the east coast takes up to 4 business days
Shipping to the northeastern US, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico takes 5 business days
Please note the following:
All expedited/express shipments will require a signature for delivery. Some expedited items will take up to 24-hours to process before they are sent out to shipping.
Orders over 150 pounds may only be sent via freightliner (Freightliner handling charges apply). Expedited shipment is not available for freightliner shipments.
As some items ship from different warehouses, items ordered together are not always shipped together
Special orders or orders coming from an alternate warehouse cannot be expedited.

Sales Tax:
Arkansas residents must add an additional 8% for state sales tax and Tennessee residents must add an additional 9.25% for state sales tax. If you live outside of Arkansas or Tennessee, we do not collect tax
Oversized Shipping:
Items that are oversized, weigh over 150 pounds, or require special handling will ship separately from other items that you order and will incur an additional handling fee. These items will ship via Truck Line. Once your order leaves our distribution center, the freight company will contact you to arrange a specific delivery time.
Truck Line Handling Fee Schedule:
Our customer service department will quote freight rates for itmes over 150 pounds. Then freight will be added to your order and your payment will be processed.
The driver is responsible to bring the product to the back of the trailer; from that point it is your responsibility to unload the item.
Residential Delivery of heavy (over 150 pounds) items requires a truck equipped with a lift-gate at an additional charge. Deliveries to facilities equipped with a loading dock usually do not require a lift-gate. If you need a lift-gate, please arrange this with the freight company prior to the scheduled delivery time. To avoid a lift-gate fee you may pick up your order at the trucking terminal. Please note that each shipment requires signature upon delivery. Also, be sure to inspect the shipment when it arrives and notify the driver of any damage.
Truck Line Return Policy:
Due to the expense of shipping heavy items, large items are governed by a separate Return Policy. Be sure to carefully inspect all heavy item (freight) deliveries for damage before signing the bill of lading as truck line handling charges cannot be refunded. If items arrive damaged or defective, you must note this on the shipping receipt (bill of lading) and refuse delivery to avoid paying actual freight charges. Please notify us of any delivery problems as soon as possible to expedite the refund process.

You miss your delivery appointment
You refuse or return a non-damaged, non-defective item
Freight fees on large items often range between $100.00 and $400.00.
